As a UX Architect, you will join the UX team in executing its vision for our products' user experience, serving as a user advocate to ensure the highest-level user satisfaction.  Working closely with the UX team, Development, QA, and Business Analysts, you will help design and prototype experiences that meet demanding quality standards.  The successful candidate illustrates the ability to identify and understand user needs in order to apply strategic thinking and business goals to document user flows, define layout and interactions, apply design standards to create a cohesive product language by way of documentation delivered to BAs and development.  Our UX team is dynamic, energetic, and embraces a casual, collaborative team culture, but we adapt to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.  We like to socialize and share ideas, but also go heads-down to produce. 


  • Create storyboards, user flows, wireframes, interaction specifications, and mockups to guide development
  • Iterate designs based on user research and testing.
  • Create documentation for development to implement quality experiences on the web and mobile devices.
  • Support and enhance UI standards for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers.
  • Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts. 


  • Detailed and practical understanding of best practices in user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Partner with the Product Manager in conjunction with development teams to conceive, plan, and deliver effective documentation and specification of solutions, with attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
  • Proficiency with the basic software tools of the trade (including but not limited to Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.)
  • 3 plus years of experience in a dedicated UX team. Experience in succinctly defining problems and resolutions.
  • Experience designing both web and mobile interfaces.
  • Examples of previous work (Personas, User Flows, Wireframes, Interaction Specifications, Prototypes) (Preferred) Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (Preferred)
  • Experience with creating and maintaining style guides, standards, or design systems.
