The Implementations department is responsible for bringing new and existing customers live on Ingenious Med's (IM) web and mobile-based application. The Director, Implementations is primarily responsible for leading a team of Application Consultants and Application Analysts, as well as set the vision for application enablement, best practices and user readiness for IM's suite of solutions. This leadership role cultivates quality assurance and efficiency among the implementations and strives to deliver the value of the product to IM's customers. The Director Implementations will work closely with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to ensure that market changes, new features and lessons learned are incorporated into IM's standard methodology.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage a team of implementation resources; to include employee relations, professional development, performance management, disciplinary action, and travel and expense approvals.
  • Ensure staff members are properly trained and equipped to successfully complete implementation projects.
  • Regularly review team processes for improvement opportunities; implement necessary changes and develop new processes with a particular emphasis on scalability, efficiency and quality.
  • Participate and provide leadership to staff in all aspects of implementation project based on the received contract/sales order.
  • Develop outstanding relationships with clients to ensure and promote 100% customer satisfaction with the product, implementation and Ingenious Med overall.
  • Set strategic direction for delivery teams on best practices and capabilities among the existing product offering to optimize the user experience and the value of the solutions.
  • Understand client business needs by interpreting issues and developing creative solutions for successful adoption of the product.
  • Participate in planning and reporting short and long term departmental objectives.
  • Work on special projects as departmental needs arise.

  • 25% - 50%

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of client facing or account project management experience with implementation of Web-based systems required
  • 5+ years of people management experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Experience in developing methodologies and best practices
  • Healthcare industry experience required; preferably within the inpatient space
  • Familiarity with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
