Responsibilities

  • Elicit and analyze requirements from internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize, translate and simplify requirements into user stories
  • Drive completion of solution design and manage deliverables from Architecture and User Experience
  • Work with Development and QA teams to implement solutions
  • Communicate status
  • Review and approve Test Strategy
  • Accept completed user stories
  • Manage project scope

  • Less than 5%

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record of successful management of resources and timelines
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with cross functional teams, including developers, architects, QA resources
  • Minimum 1-year experience working within the Agile development methodology
  • Strong skills and experience documenting results of analysis and work-flows
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or commensurate work experience
  • Significant experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
  • Experience with managing projects from inception, through production release and beyond, PMP Certification desired
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) Certification, or equivalent, desired
  • Experience in a health-care related field
  • Mid-level SQL, database skills. Ability to write and execute queries.
