The Senior Director of Human Resources (SDHR) provides support and guidance to internal client groups and executives on people related matters impacting the business such as performance management, compensation, talent development, conflict resolution and general policies. The SDHR manages all functional groups of the HR department either directly or via the HR team, including; benefits & payroll, employee relations, compliance, recruiting and learning & development.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the SDHR is an integral and proactive member of the business and serves as a trusted advisor on all matters related to Human Capital with Ingenious Med employees and managers. The SDHR is expected to increase the level of HR partnership by ensuring that consistent support and accurate messages are being delivered, and to build effective relationships across the business ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of changes that impact their department. The SDHR is an employee champion and change agent.
