    • Provide strategic direction and technical roadmap for Ingenious Med’s corporate technologies, including Revenue Cycle Management, Reporting and Analytics, real time messaging, disaster recovery, data privacy and cyber security.
    • Keep abreast on technology trends and steer Ingenious Med in a forward-looking direction.


    • Experience with a virtual production environment is essential.
    • Experience with designing and implementing Microservices is required.
    • Experience in managing Microsoft SQL server 2016, includes designing and optimizing DB tables for performance.
    • 5 years or more of system architecture for a large volume transactional system is a must.
    • Familiarity with scalable enterprise storage management, including SAN and NAS solutions, and highly-available configurations.
    • Experience with basic network/firewall management tasks (desirable).
    • Strong oral and written communications skills.
    • Expert knowledge and extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting Windows servers, Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
    • Extensive experience in managing data backup, recovery and archiving.
    • Experience in working with Google GSuite, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services.
    • Extensive knowledge in managing data privacy and security for sensitive and proprietary data.
    • Expert knowledge in managing mail filtering, anti-virus and anti-malware software on both server and client machines.  Familiarity with modern up-and-coming security technologies.
    • A 4-year technical degree in Computer Science or related is required.  Advanced degree preferred.
    • Ability to lead a team of System Architects, perform high level estimates for system improvements, client requests and other feature and function enhancements.
