    Account Managers at Ingenious Med are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing healthcare clients.  Account Managers will ensure successful rollout of our software solutions, account retention, and customer satisfaction.  The Account Manager will play a proactive role, encompassing a deep knowledge of a client’s organization and being in-tune with its short-term initiatives and long-term business goals.   Account Managers will serve as a liaison between the client, the Sales team and different departments within Ingenious Med; they represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Establishes productive and professional relationships with clients in the assigned regional territory.
    • Coordinates the efforts of company personnel, including product support, Implementation, Training, and the Ingenious Med Leadership team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
    • Act as a project manager for client projects including:
      • Participate in the sales process for expansion opportunities with their customers
      • May be needed to deliver orders and obtain sign-off
      • Facilitation of conference calls
      • Providing updates to project plans as needed
      • Facilitating the software testing process and ensuring clients requirements are met in their production environment
      • Schedules regular client visits to maintain and deepen the relationship
      • Research healthcare industry trends and regulatory issues to provide clients with a consultative analysis of solutions available within IM
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
    • Ensures renewal of accounts
    • Contributes to the sales performance of the assigned regional territory

    • 25%-50%

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare, clinical, practice management, consulting, or an Account Management role
