    Working within the Integrations team, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for owning and refining the process the company follows by which new ADT feeds are established.  In addition, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for obtaining permission for clients requesting to share existing feeds.  The Technical Account manager works with multiple internal customers including Sales, Implementations and Support.  Externally, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for identifying and building appropriate relationships for scaling around subsequent requests for existing and new clients.


    • Establish and refine the ADT feed process
    • Obtain sharing permissions for new and existing clients
    • Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients to aid in scaling process
    • Maintaining Sales Force records for all projects
    • Participate in Sales Force evaluation and design when needed
    • Identify and solve integration problems with new and existing clients

    • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients in order to “sell” the need for Integrations
    • Must be proactive in identifying, heading off issues and escalating when appropriate
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years of client facing, project experience in healthcare
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
    • Salesforce experience preferred
    • Experience in Provider-based billing, coding, or insurance billing a plus
    • Familiarity with Healthcare IT and Revenue Cycle knowledge
    • Basic understanding of PHI and HIPAA guidelines
    • Familiarity with the purpose of both Business Associate Agreements and Master Service Agreements
