Working within the Integrations team, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for owning and refining the process the company follows by which new ADT feeds are established. In addition, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for obtaining permission for clients requesting to share existing feeds. The Technical Account manager works with multiple internal customers including Sales, Implementations and Support. Externally, the Technical Account Manager is responsible for identifying and building appropriate relationships for scaling around subsequent requests for existing and new clients.
