    The Senior Vice President Portfolio Management shapes the direction of the IM product line through innovation, development and delivery of meaningful, value-add features and functionality benefiting IM customers.  A key member of the IM leadership team responsible for setting portfolio strategy and defining opportunities to address emerging customer requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Develops data-driven assessment of market opportunity for new offerings and enhancements to existing products, allowing for an approach which will strategically guide Ingenious Med to be positioned as dominant and market-leading.
    • Manages all products through product development life cycle including vetting ROI, benefits, risks, impacts to the organization, and support.  
    • Establishes and reports on overall portfolio performance and KPIs
    • Builds and maintains relationships across all key stakeholders, to ensure partnership and collaboration in driving strategy and execution.
    • Engages employees to create a best in class product development and innovation process to manage the product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Defines roles, builds, leads and manages a best in class team to ensure deliverables are met.
    • Plays a significant role in our Agile Development process by ensuring accountability of product team.
    • Acts as glue between our customers, delivered features and strategy.
    • Owns the creation and successful execution of a customer facing roadmap that creates customer rapport and confidence in IM’s product direction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering or similar fields
    • 10 years of experience in a technical, product, and/or business role; entrepreneurial and experience running a product line as a business
    • Prior experience managing product profit and loss (P&L)
    • Prior experience managing across multiple product lines
    • Proven success managing products within the healthcare solutions, SAAS environment
    • Previous experience communicating across all levels of personnel from board members to engineers
    • Previous experience in the capacity of Product Owner in the Agile Software Development methodologies
    • Ability to build internal and external relationships, partnerships, business development.
    • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with ability to influence at all levels and in various departments
    • Previous experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment
