The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting external customers in the use of the Ingenious Med’s software products. The Training Specialist will work closely with the Customer Success Team to provide end-user training and best-practice support. The Training Specialist will review client objectives and workflows with internal resources (project team members, on-going Support members), analyze training requirements, plan, coordinate and deliver application training. End-user training will be conducted not only at the client site but also remotely via web conference and onsite within the Ingenious Med offices. While onsite, Training Specialists will help troubleshoot and resolve application issues, provide personal guidance and client-specific instructions to users as they begin application usage, and take ownership of the success of the client launch. The Training Specialist will also, under the guidance of the manager, contribute to the creation, maintenance, and organization of user guides, various online training tools, and other training and client-knowledge related materials.
