    The Salesforce Business Analyst will be part of a team that owns, develops, and executes the day-to-day configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance and overall improvement of Ingenious Med’s instance of Salesforce.com. In this role, you will work closely with multiple internal customers, including sales, marketing, implementations, and integrations. You will participate in phases of Salesforce implementations including design, configuration, and execution of new workflows and processes, in addition to improving existing workflows and processes. We’re looking for experience within customer support, strong technology skills and a can-do, positive attitude. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.


    • Configure and operate the Salesforce.com environment while working collaboratively with Marketing, Sales & Service Teams, Product Line Management, Management & Leadership and others to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide critical data and analysis that will help business leaders make fact-based decisions to propel our sales and service business.
    • Provide day-to-day user support (including system configuration and system maintenance) and establish/implement best practices with regards to release management, system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
    • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules,assignment rules, queues, licenses, etc.
    • Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly resolve production issues.
    • Develop and implement dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals.
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.
    • Establish and implement Salesforce best practices and drive adoption of the CRM tools & Systems to ensure business value and sufficient ROI is achieved.

    • 2 years’ experience working with Salesforce.com, in a Technical Support, Analyst, or Administrator role
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems (MIS), computer science, or related discipline highly preferred or equivalent experience
    • Experience with Salesforce.com desired, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Developer preferred
    • Comprehensive experience with all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
