    The VP, Marketing is responsible for managing all aspects of the Ingenious Med brand, including, sales enablement, marketing campaigns and operations, and for leading the marketing team.  This role is responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to profitably increase revenue and grow the brand.  The VP, Marketing understands how to truly engage audiences, think strategically, orchestrate every detail and measure results.

    Responsibilities

    ·         Lead and manage people function of marketing organization

    ·         Develops data-driven assessment of market opportunity for new offering and enhancements to existing products, allowing for an approach which will strategically guide Ingenious Med to be positioned as dominant and market leading

    ·         Leads all go to market functions including customer engagement, events, market segmentation, and internal/external communications

    ·         Build relationships in the organization to execute on achieving company goals

    ·         Lead strategic marketing initiatives for digital channels and CRM

    ·         Ensure integration and alignment of all marketing and lead generation programs

    ·         Provide competitive analysis across all channels, constantly monitoring opportunity

    ·         Pioneer and implement measurable strategies that profitably increase revenue and grow the brand

    ·         Drive a consistent brand message across all external communications

    ·         Continuously evolve and maintain branding, visual identity, guidelines and messaging

    ·         Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop integrated launch plans

    ·         Develop and execute social media strategy to drive social engagement

    ·         Track and optimize ongoing communications initiatives for effectiveness

    ·         Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

    ·         Create, innovate and evolve mix elements with cross functional teams to produce breakthrough case studies videos, sales collateral, customer testimonials and review white papers / PowerPoint presentations

    ·         Ensure content on web site has compelling engaging messages and demo content, and a robust content editorial strategy that is optimized for industry key words

    ·         Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events

    ·         Understands the Healthcare solutions marketing, and how/why customers buy, and their buying criteria

    ·         Strong analytical and project management skills

    ·         Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions

    Qualifications

    ·         8+ years of leadership experience

    ·         5+ years of experience in corporate communications, or related field

    ·         5+ years of experience in a Software/SaaS environment

    ·         5+ years of experience with a healthcare organization

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field, MBA preferred

    ·         Extensive experience running lead generation programs

    ·         Extensive experience managing multiple complex projects

    ·         Experience managing external agencies

    ·         Extensive experience with marketing automation and CRM systems

    ·         Experience with digital marketing analytics systems

    ·         Proven record of creating, managing, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns

    ·         Proven experience launching and evangelizing new SaaS products and services;

    ·         Demonstrated experience in brand management
