    The Business Development Manager, working alongside our product management and sales teams, is responsible for developing and strengthening business relationships with partners, investors and clients specializing in value-based care, which will increase revenues, profits and/or investments.  This position is responsible for researching and understanding market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy for value-based care, while retaining marketing partners.

    Responsibilities

    ·         Identifies and pursues relationships with business partners and investors, specializing in value-based care, that will lead to the growth of Ingenious Med

    ·         Performs competitive analysis, investor analysis, and partner analysis, in development of key business relationships that align with Ingenious Med’s mission and values

    ·         Monitors external and internal environment for development of new sales channels, with a focus in value-based care

    ·         Assists in or produces feasibility studies/business plans for new sales channels and business partnerships rooted in value-based care

    ·         Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials. 

    ·         Selects and pursues the most beneficial partner and investor relationships

    ·         Manages specific assigned existing partner and investor relationships

    ·         Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from partners and investors

    ·         Furnishes sales advice, counsel and general support to all regions in the sales organization

    Qualifications

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

    ·         5+ years’ experience in a strategic sales or sales management role

    ·         Extensive knowledge of value-based care, data analytics and population health preferred

    ·         Strong experience in the Healthcare Information Technology industry

    ·         Experience in Hospital or Practice Revenue Cycle Operations, preferred

    ·         Experience with Salesforce preferred
